Such a great year for films. Slightly disappointed Die Parallelstrasse landed on 21st, just 2 points away from the top 20, but great to see it has the support it has and hopefully even more people will seek it out because of this.

Seen 65/80, with my top 5 unseen being:

42. Experiment in Terror
49. The Music Man
54. Alyonka
55. Le septième juré
56. The Four Days of Naples

A Kind of Loving is likely my biggest priority of the unseen, while The World's Greatest Sinner is a film that has been on my radar forever (I think someone on FG3 had it as one of their favourite films). The biggest omission is clearly The Music Man, which is on a whole 6 lists... Need to get to that. I love Duvivier so The Burning Court is also a film I should be getting around to, though his late work is usually good rather than great. I have never been a big Rocha fan, Barravento should definitely be a priority as well, and a decent opportunity to check if I have changed my opinion on his early style and possibly be inspired to revisit his bigger works.

Thank you! A great year indeed. Glad to see that 'I Giorni Contati' made it even if at the very bottom. The one that I'm missing from the top 25 is 'Lonely Are the Brave'; I'll definitely keep this one in mind for whenever I feel like watching westerns.

Thanks Teproc. Can't say there are huge surprises, though the Varda and Truffaut films didn't do as well as I would have guessed - thought those would be top 10 for sure. I guess it's just an amazingly competitive year. Please to see La jetée at #3 - I'm guessing that's the highest any post-silent-era short has placed.

Still plenty unseen for me though I did catch a few in the past few weeks, some of which made it to my list. Tops yet to watch:

Chalk this up to me watching it last-minute! Ended up fairly high up in my ratings. With that and An Autumn Afternoon, they bumped How the West Was Won and Antoine et Colette off my lists, which tbh probably wouldn't have made much of a difference.

Only got around to one 1962 film last month for this poll, and I forgot to post my ballot after watching it Thursday night before going away for the weekend.
That film (The Temple of Wild Geese) didn't even end up making my top 20 (would have been 21st probably), so I should have posted it beforehand.
