If you stop playing Ale I might too, since it's just you and me playing this daily it seems. I've been thinking about doing some sort of points system or overall leaderboard in the OP--any interest in sticking around for something like that?

Yesterday's puzzles were The Big Short and The Royal Tenenbaums.

-------

3/6 on Framed today. Really struggled to identify anything about this film in the first two shots, but the 3rd was familiar.

1/6 on Moviedle. Maybe the easiest one yet, even some opening credits stuck out in a big way.
I just kind of suck at it unless I've seen and really remember the film - like I said above, my visual memory isn't that good. And it's focus being almost entirely on fairly recent big-name Hollywood stuff - not surprisingly of course - is beginning to bore me.
It was the truth, vivid and monstrous, that all the while he had waited the wait was itself his portion..

I remember playing a screenshot game years ago somewhere else that was more interesting though even then it frustrated me. Maybe I'm just easily irritated by things I'm bad at, which probably helps to explain my near-constant irritation at everything.

Yesterday's puzzles were Her and Pulp Fiction

--------

2/6 on Framed. I was sure it was
Spoiler
Moonrise Kingdom
and was shocked I didn't get it on the first one. Made a pretty random guess and got it on #2.

3/6 on Moviedle. By #2 I thought it was a superhero movie. Got it with #3.

Yesterday's puzzles were Jojo Rabbit and Captain Marvel

-----------

1/6 on Framed. One of my favorite movies of the last 10 years.

6/6 on Moviedle. Hardest one for me yet. I wasn't even sure with my last guess but I happened to get it right.

5/6 on Framed today - and I've seen the film  My first few guesses were all Asian films...

4/6 on Moviedle - and again, I've seen the film.

Yesterday's puzzles were Arrival and Jurassic World.

--------------

2/6 on Framed. First image was a real head-scratcher, but I got there with #2 after determining it wasn't
Spoiler
the balrog from LotR
3/6 on Moviedle. Nothing clicked at all in the first two rounds. Maybe I should stop playing this one first thing after I wake up, my brain isn't ready to go this fast.

6/6 on Framed. Had no idea on the first four, then guessed the wrong movie in the correct franchise for the fifth image.

Yesterday's puzzles were Thor: Ragnarok and La La Land

-----------

4/6 on Framed. I've only seen this movie once but it still was not clicking for me through the first three pictures. I was kind of in the right genre but yeah, couldn't get it until I saw the 4th pic.

1/6 on Moviedle. Fairly lucky guess based entirely on catching a glimpse of one actor in particular
Spoiler
old Alan Arkin pointed me to Argo

Yesterday's puzzles were Sleepless in Seattle and Argo

------------

2/6 on Framed. I've only seen this movie once but it was the first film from this director and actor pair and it stuck with me.

1/6 on Moviedle. Again, a glimpse of an actor with a particular haircut and wardrobe saved the day.

Yesterday's puzzles were Talladega Nights and Sideways.

------------

2/6 on Framed. I will be very impressed if anyone gets this with the first frame, it looks totally random (maybe there's some sort of hidden clue that's going over my head though).

1/6 on Moviedle. For some reason this just clicked for me.

3/6 for me as well. The second clue told me what city I was in, and the third made it obvious.

The first image gave me the right decade, but I hadn't seen the movie in maybe 20 years.

nice job! 3/6 on Framed for me today, even though this movie is one of my all-time favorites. The first two shots had me thinking in a different direction though.

5/6 on Moviedle, although I definitely cheated. I recognized an actor and thought I would google for the name of the movie I thought he was in. After I googled the right answer came up which was different from the movie I was thinking of...

My guess after the first image was The Martian. The second image narrowed it down to only a few possibilities.
