This thread is for films people want to see but are having trouble finding. Post the titles here and perhaps someone can locate them for you.

Since 2013 I've been wanting to see:

FREE RANGE/BALLAD ON APPROVING OF THE WORLD
FREE RANGE - BALLAAD MAAILMA HEAKSKIITMISEST
Directed by VEIKO ÕUNPUU
Estonia, 2013

If anyone can help me locate it I'd much obliged.

It's available to rent on PantaFlix (at least in the US), but that's about all I see.

So... name the country? Or go here and pick your country: https://www.justwatch.com/us/movie/free ... -the-world

Just Watch? Nah
That's a pirate movie website. Plus it's likely to give your device a virus and crash it. I wouldn't touch it with a 40 foot pole. But if anyone can find a legitimate way I could watch Free Range...then that'd be great.

Why is JustWatch a pirate movie website? As far as I know it's a search engine that let's you know from which legitimate sources you can rent or buy it. So it shows you, based on your country if it's available on streaming sites like Netflix and such or if it's available for sale on DVD/Bluray.

PantaFlix is German and available in several countries. Maybe even all countries, but the available content depends on which country you are in.

In UK looks like your options are Apple or PantaFlix.

I am actually from Australia. I responded to RBG the way I did because she knows I'm from Australia and was being a smart arse.

Sadly it seems I have hit another brick wall trying to watch this film. I don't why the director or whoever has made it so hard to see. Some of Ounpuu's other films are quite accessible but not this. It's a big problem.

Patience young padawan - in time, this movie, see you will. Go to the library you must. But alas, I only find copies in the US and EU.

https://www.worldcat.org/search?q=ti%3A ... dblist=638

Since I know that Aussie libraries are in this database, it's likely the movie wasn't released outside region 2. I have another way to access the same database, but can't link to it, and sho'nuff, the US copies are PAL, so Euro-imports. But give it time and maybe someone here can point you in the right direction - don't know of a better group for tracking down obscenely obscure works of cinema!
