Funny you should include that music video as a starter - it was shown to me yesterday and I also wondered.

There was such an upsurge in music videos on IMDb over the last 2 years I imagine anyone can, yeah (although I haven't tried myself yet).

These two are from last month, but pretty good:

Looks like the deleted one was Boredoms - Vision Creation Newsun [such a great track btw] dir. Ukawa Naohiro, so this, right?

I'll add "Turbo Killer" sometime and see how well it goes from there.

Wait, it's already @imdb. I'll add Arca - Now You Know and post when it's out.

Here it is: link. Took me about 5 minutes to fill in the New Title Form with minimal sufficient information and after like 12 hours it's already up.

This was such an awesome idea I was about to create it myself. ;)

This is one "a lot" of people are buzzing about at the moment; it's certainly a study in disquieting use of contrast (and how much context can alter your perception/assumptions of someone):
(dir. Aisultan Seitov)

I was also stunned by CANADA's two music videos for Rosalia last year (CANADA directed the music video for Tame Impala's "The Less I Know the Better," which won the Audience Award at the iCMFF a couple years ago):

edit - Actually CANADA did that Foals music video too (or at least it is listed on their website, so the director presumably is part of the collective)! They're quite talented, those Canadians.

A lie ain't a 'side of the story.' It's just a lie.

@Amoreska - I think Moby isn't a fan of mobile phones... ;)

Another month, another great A$AP Rocky music video from his album "Testing." Am I the only one watching these? edit - Nah, Gunz N Butter is still definitely my favorite, but this gives it a run for its money.

Yeah, like me. Although it's not the point of the video.
Steve Cutts has a bunch of similar shorts about society. Saw them all this week.

I've had that song on repeat for a few weeks now! (also, probably the last one I expected you to post lol) The music video isn't exactly groundbreaking but that is an impressive array of suits (my favorite is the red one someone's wearing in the background).

It's crazy how it seems like yesterday 99.5% of rap/hip-hop/popular R&B music videos had pretty much all the same style and content and now even the most popular songs in the same genres seem to always feature cutting edge storytelling and experimental style choices.

Case in point, Offset's "Red Room" ... (from Aisultan Seitov, same director of "a lot")

I really like the style of this one, showing memories as the rotating wheel of life (or perhaps a carousel?)

So what's the opinion on the new Rammstein video? It has already stirred up a bit of controversy. Technically impressive work though, no questions there. The message is a bit confusing and open to interpretation...

What's not to like? It's cinematic as fuck, the historical/mythological/science-fictional scope is epic, and it's tumultuous, paradoxical, burning, fun. Classic Rammstein.

I'm discussing the music video now with a particular ion, currently it looks as chaotic as a battlefield, but maybe something cohesive will emerge from that / find its way to this forum. tehe

Well, I do know some folks cannot stand Rammstein at all tehe I quite like their music, their videos are sometimes too provocative for some and indeed it's a matter of opinion and interpretation. I can see why some folks are put off by this, I've had a colleague at work who would tell me to switch off Rammstein or Marilyn Manson, - I didn't even listen to any black metal...

There‘s a new release on my video-clip netlabel videorecords.ch

It‘s an accoustical-conceptual piece from Ukrainian artist Tiholaz.

Playing the Piano for Five Minutes:

And there are some remixes, one is by Schweizerisch-Amerikanische Freundshaft which is a collab between Origami Repetika and me:
