As a matter of fact, they won't be tied because Käpy selän alla leads 22-21 head-to-head. So basically, had nimimerkillinen posted his rankings 15 minutes earlier, his film would be 3rd and not 4th.

I wasn't here at the deadline. Was working 14 hours straight. I'm not going to try to find out if nimimerkillinen was on time or not, since it doesn't influence the #1 and #2 I'll count it anyway. It only matters for #3 and #4 stats and personally I don't care for that.

Burkina Faso- Buud Yam (1997)
China- Mang jing (2003)

I'd be very surprised if Croatia isn't on the list next year. Burkina Faso will in all likelihood be on it. China, I'm not too sure about. It did beat Spain though, which is already comfortably on the list.
