I mean in terms of plot rather than title (but either will do).

Satantango badly needed shark attacks in between the hours of people walking.

I guess the film I'm writing now could be called Black Swan Drive (Black Swan/Mulholland Drive). I wrote the script, then saw Black Swan and was horrified that it has a similar theme. However, it is different enough, that might be okay.
