Thank you to all of the participants, and especially to Perception for helping gather half of the screenshots, and mjf and Lonewolf for helping me figure out how to do the results properly.
imdb and icm lists will appear here once all of the results are posted are here.

Top 250
imdb: http://www.imdb.com/list/ls074216375/
icm: iCM Forum's Favourite Unofficial Checks - Top 250

Top 1000

icm: iCM Forum's Favourite Unofficial Checks - Top 1000

P.S. Sorry for the delay, stuff got busy at work and I miscommunicated things with Perception about the screenshots.

So we're going to do two countdowns at the same time?

This is jvv's #1, right? How many votes did it get? A bit of a disappointment it didn't make it, because it did pretty well as FotW.

You probably should wait until the Depressing list is done, IMHO. It couldn't take longer than three days at the most now.

If we have to wait for the result it will be very depressing. I don't care about the other poll. Others might manage with it, or I kill myself to death until I get bored.

I immediately noticed that sightseers is listed there with 179.038 pts, which is more than the films above it. I assume this is perhaps a typo, but I just want to point it out before there might be an error somehwere in the list...

Also those are already two films I had in my list. The Wall and Sightseers. :(
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

Darn...I missed the deadline for one poll to which I could easily, willingly contribute.

My own pre-existing list is here, though it can't satisfy anything but your own curiosity at this point.

Skimming the entries, I was happy to see many pet films of mine...particularly happy to see the ample love for Peppermint Frappé, My Best Fiend, Mother Kusters Gone to Heaven, The Bothersome Man and La Cabina. Also saw several films mentioned that are on my Watchlist, such as Bleak Moments, Big Man Japan, Epidemic, Don't Drink the Water (TV version), Satan's Brew, The Stationmaster's Wife, Lili Marleen, Ornette: Made in America and Death & Transfiguration. And I'll do my best to forgive all the votes for that dopey short about the guy who slowly kills his prey with a spoon. Ack.

Maybe I should watch De Brug again, because I saw plenty of votes for this but just can't remember anything about it.

@Ebbywebby, sorry you couldn't make it. I included a bunch of Fassbinders 0-toplist (was surprised there were any :P ) myself.

+0 for continuing. I have no problems with getting both results at the same time, but when others want to wait that's fine with me too.

Haha, I'm going to continue, but I don't have a lot of free time to post this week and next, and it's my first poll so I'll be really slow at posting the results. So that should satisfy both camps :D

Votes were as such:
"Fergenaprido (#102)
joachimt-unranked
jvv (#2)"

It not making the list was the main reason I did 10 runners up instead of 5 :innocent:

CONCATENATE is a very useful spreadsheet function. It'll save you a lot of time if you're doing a top 250.

Unfortunately I only voted for favourites because looking for 7/10s would be too much of a hassle. Prix de Beauté (Miss Europe) would have made my list.
My father didn’t have the skill of a professional cameraman. The result? Avant-garde cinema.

CONCATENATE is a very useful spreadsheet function. It'll save you a lot of time if you're doing a top 250.
Or you can just use & which is less to type and save even more time.

Oh, I forgot to include Hachiko at some place in my list. Although I remember a time when both Hachiko versions were in the Family Top 50 of IMDb. :)

Coherence was really neat.

Also: the .gifs are something else and quite fun for me, too! Props for finding so many, Fergenaprido!
