it doesn't really matter because the original title track is awesome enough to be #1.

I treat it like 'best score' as oppose to simply 'best original score'. Some films make excellent use of existing music in their soundtracks, and I'd like to recognize that. No need to be as exclusive as AMPAS :)

This might be why so many of you never seem to vote for anything in the music category, though :D

For me the reason is that I usually don't remember the music.

I mostly vote that category off pretty fuzzy memories - if I have vague memory of liking the music in a particular film it'll go in, doesn't matter whether soundtrack is original or just good use of known songs

Guys, if you have Inception (or Incendies) in your list, you shouldn't brag about the number of movies you've seen.

Haha, mine was less of bragging and more of a disclaimer :D
Especially when someone else says they've seen over 250 films from a given year; that's just unfathomable for me right now.

There's nothing worse than comedians who cater for the self-proclaimed educated stratum, so I feel quite comfortable among the dumb. But the movie is actually quite intelligent, which was prob the reason it flopped - All the dummies went to see The King's Speech instead.
