Onderhond didn't take his pick, so I'll go ahead.

Less than 100 checks.

I would have said A Boy and His Dog, but it has well over 100 checks... Maybe Crumbs?

I have it on my watchlist ... i knew the screenshot ringed a (very) small bell : it's almost the same as the film poster.

Got to watch it with my daughter if it talks even a little skateboard

Contemporary clothing + Medieval swords + crumbling masonry + locked-up children? + man/dog action + that highly suggestive first picture.

I haven't the faintest clue what this is, but I'm guessing it's wild.

It is pretty wild. Plot summary from IMDb:
An ogre keeps in his castle two children, whom he intends to eat. A knight and his companion will try to save them, and will be assisted by the ogre's wife, who thus will also get rid of her husband. A medieval story in contemporary settings.

I know I've seen it, I recognized the first screenshot, I know the director's name but I can't remember the title of this film...

If you do, then you could easily do some detective work and find it out. ;)

You're right, you must also be tired of finding all those images. I looked up Eugène Green's filmo and it's Le monde vivant (2003). I just don't wanted to look it up right away after the first image.

At first I wanted to say To Live and Die in LA, but the cars look a little older than that. So, maybe Point Blank?
