Right now I like keeping a log of all the movies I seen and rating each one.
Does anyone else do this ?

Is it ok to like listing and rating movies more right now ? Or is it weird ?

For me, logging and rating are integral to watching movies: I almost always do it right after finishing a film or a season of TV series. Occasionally I might forget or decide it's late, so it might wait until the next day, but that's about it. I've found that if I don't do it this way, I forget to log and rate things. This I don't find acceptable.
As for making lists. This isn't something I enjoy doing, and especially don't enjoy more than watching. One of the reasons I came to iCM was because the list-making, -updating, and tracking activities were largely taken care of for me. So yes, before I started relying on iCM, I'd keep and update my own lists of things I wanted to see. Now I mostly add things to my watchlists.
I don't 'enjoy' list making for the purpose of sharing my opinions with others (Top Ten whatever, ranking a director/actor/costumer's production, etc). I generally don't participate in any such activities on this forum and even when I do, it's never because I don't want to watch films or TV series. It's something I squeeze in.
So if the OP is indicating that he's more interested in list making than watching movies right now, and asking is that 'okay', well, sure, whatever works for you. If you want to take a break from watching films, that's entirely up to you. The more telling question might be why aren't you interested in watching films right now. If it's because you've got some list-making projects you want to see to, sure, there's nothing wrong with working on something else and taking a break from watching.

Oftentimes, yes, I'm more interested in maintaining my lists and ratings and spreadsheets and data than I am in watching films. It comes and goes. I don't think it's weird, but it is rather uncommon, and I'm okay with that.
