Lol at the dog in Crown Heights... also the shot from Sunset Park is very cool. Reminds me of the South American photographer (Brazilian?) whose name I will never remember...

I'll broadcast it to the world... been trying to recall it ever since I picked up a book of his in the Boston MFA bookstore 10 year ago.

Must be a nice place to live. We weren't there for very long (just an hour or two), but it was nice walking around the old town.

I no longer live here since 18 years old (im here now for the holidays). Moved to Lisbon to college and ended up living there. But it has all the advantages of a medium town, little traffic, all the services and shopping at walking distance and the big plus of being in the Algarve with the amazing weather and plenty of beaches to enjoy. But as far as medium sized towns in Portugal there are many other more pleasant and organised than Faro!

It was our first time in Portugal, we had a really nice time there. The people were pleasant, good weather, lovely surroundings. Definitely a country we'd love to return too (maybe even this year, though we're eyeing Madeira, not the mainland).

Madeira is a gem! Gorgeous! Portuguese usually prefer the Azores but I also loved Madeira. If you need some hints just PM me.
