Another 20 official checks since this post from 14 days before, this time I managed to end up head-to-head with a gentleman at #274.

I’m stucked at 67 and have been for a while. I do not watch enough movies to catch up with OldAle and I do watch more movies than Cinephage behind me.

It's funny, I barely watched anything in April-May and stayed at 65 or 66 the whole time, kind of shocked I didn't fall a bit. Now I've just climbed back up to 64, one off from the high I posted last summer (though I believe I was at 62 for like a day). I'm 50 checks below the person ahead of me though, and that person is fairly active at the moment, so I really don't see any upward movement in my future (absent people going dark) for a while.

Oh, that was unexpected - new lists were adopted when I went sleeping, and already in the afternoon, the new official checks are reflected in the check count for the rankings! (Usually we have to wait a bit ..)
Somehow, with a 2020-IMDb list, I seemed to gain more ground for a nice #270 win ..

With the new official checks, I jumped from 303 to 290, though the list hasn't updated to show my new ranking yet.

Gained 24 new official checks from the four list adoptions. Went from rank 93.... to rank 93.

I don't know how many official checks I have anymore. There's a 27-check gap between what's displayed for me in the rankings and what I observe if I sort my check history by official lists. Maybe neither tally is correct. And the films losing official status because of the DTC update STILL haven't been fixed. So....whatever.
