Tombstone?

No idea with the «D» though.

The D is important to the title. Let's see if someone can solve it :)

Hint: It's a Box Office bomb with plenty votes on IMDb, nothing unknown.

From the 2010s. The riddle represents the title, not the plot.

I will leave a last chance to someone who hadn't guess until now, then I will solve it. -_-

Please always provide the answer before moving on. I know it was Brokeback Mountain, but you never know if someone doesn't see it and is left puzzled.

No idea about this one.

Sorry about Brokeback. I didn't actually intend to solve it, just, implying that I might know the answer. Then joachim forced me into it! :yucky: And now we had this unsolvable mystery of mine. Oh, the humanity!
;)

It's always tricky to keep the balance between "clever" and doable for a guessing game. I was hoping for my title to do better. Maybe you will facepalm upon the solution or go "Ah! .. of course." It was: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0790736/

Anyone is free to take over. :ICM:

I was never going to guess that as I've never heard of the movie. :pinch:

Really? Well, it's no cinephile material for certain, more of a bombed wannabe-blockbuster (a flop, like I said) but with a popular enough lead (Ryan Reynolds! Jeff Bridges, Kevin Bacon). 120,000 IMDb votes are plenty, if one follows that stuff. The reviews for it were a disaster, 13% on RT, hehe; leads to a bit of notoriety .. but not enough for me to watch it. Altogether, that reminds me of Bright, which I don't wanna see either ..

Well, I don't pay attention to what's popular in cinemas. I don't pay attention to what enters the BO-lists........ until something pops up on Netflix or Prime and it gets on my easy-watch-list.

Correct

It's on my short-list of movies to watch soon. And yeah, I go the same inspiration.

No problem, and I don’t know any films with Rose in the title that properly match so — The War of the Roses?

Nope. The roses describes a scene in the film not the title.
