Shoulder Arms
That's a sentence?
Yes - "Shoulder" as a verb, "arms" as the object, with the 'you' understood as the subject.

I never knew this was used as a verb, here that is! https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/shoulder_arms
I don't think it's complete enough, though it may be with an exclam point!

Too lazy to check if these have been submitted before, but just some of my recent watches:

The Moon Is Blue
Nous ne vieillirons pas ensemble AKA We Won't Grow Old Together
Jiro Dreams of Sushi
The Devil Strikes at Night
It Comes at Night
Cuban Volunteers Marching for Rations (a lot of early shorts have titles with complete sentences)
Eat the Document
There's a Strong Wind in Beijing
Ani Ohev Otach Rosa AKA I Love You Rosa

That was about everything from what I watched this year so far.

Not a sentence.

Marching is not a verb, it's a gerund.

In this context it's a noun, though.

Just to rearrange a few of yours, Ivan:

Ingrid goes west.
Many passed by.
Death becomes her.
Who saw her die?

I wake up screaming.
Quiet is the night.
Can you ever forgive me?
Ash is purest white.
