That's a lot of horror in 1 month.
Ye, I don't think I could ever reach it again, it was tough. It was easy with horror though since there are a lot of 60-80 minute films. I planned everything out beforehand, aiming for around 10-11 films and 14 hours a day of film watching. I let myself get a decent amount of sleep, I exercised for an hour every day, I worked occasionally, and there were 1-2 days were I was too burnt out to watch 10. So I could've done more but I didn't want to sacrifice my entire life :P
Can I just ask, how do you have 14 hours/day of free time?
I was 21 at the time, lived at home with a casual job. No social life and nothing else taking up my time.

Don't count on my accelerating my rythm !! I've reached summits by going steadily and slowly, and I intend to keep it that way... You may be this forum's new hare, but I'll be your turtle.

And the overall leaderboard is updated. See the OP.

Just a little bit of jostling in the Top 10 this month. Lonewolf2003 impressed with the biggest jump (+5) within the top 50. PUNQ moves up 7 spots with that win. Traveler continues the epic climb up the charts, rising 25 spots. Straka and GruesomeTwosome also made good progress with double-digit jumps. And a shout-out to AB537 with an impressive debut at 141.

And on a random milestone note, this month we are running our 200th official challenge on this forum. At the end of March, we had completed 199.

With the point gaps now getting bigger and active participants in the mix, my rising in the ranks will slow down a bit.

But at the bottom, the immanent philosopher sees in the entire universe only the deepest longing for absolute annihilation, and it is as if he clearly hears the call that permeates all spheres of heaven: Redemption! Redemption! Death to our life! and the comforting answer: you will all find annihilation and be redeemed!

And the overall leaderboard is updated. See the OP.

Just a little bit of jostling in the Top 10 this month, including sol cracking the Top 4. PUNQ moves up 5 spots with that win and cracks the Top 50, including being the biggest gain in that threshold. Traveler's rising has slowed, but has still gained 8 spots and is just outside the Top 100. Impressive showings from AB537, beavis, and filmbantha bring them each up 30+ spots.

And on a random milestone note, had our 200th official challenge on this forum. By luck of the draw, #200 got assigned to the 1940s challenge, hosted by 72allinncallme.

And next month there will likely be a change in the top 4 unless jeroeno suddenly gets tired of participating in the Challenge series. :whistling:

I hadn't ever looked at that number. Odd to realize I'm ~1000 films behind the person in front of me, and ~1300 behind the person behind me. :turned:

I'm still very surprised to be among the top 10, given the number of films I watch... I rarely watch more than 1 movie per day, so with such participants, I can only keep going down among the rankings, which is only fair, given the intensity of film-watching you can see on this forum.
In any case, congrats to jeroeno !!! Well done, sir !

A little jostling in the top 10. Congrats to AB537 for cracking the top 100. And welcome to the leaderboard, Cinepolis!

Seems to me there was a time on this forum when 1 a day was more or less the norm. How folks manage 10 a day is beyond me. (Multiple screens? smartphone for each eye and ear?)
Anyway, Cinephage old buddy, back then we were leapfrogging in the upper reaches and leaving the dastardly Cinephagos in the dust.
:run: STILL the Gaffer!
