In. Earlier today I watched:

1. Taira Clan Saga 6/10 - okay, but am I blaspheming if I don't find 12th century Japanese politics that interesting? Thought this was one of the weaker Mizoguchis I've seen.
2. Mother India 5/10 - melodrama to the max, had some good but it was all too much, esp as the miseries just piled on in the 2nd half.

I have 54 remaining in total.

I think i'll let shorts count as one entry. I was always against counting them less than feature length films. I don't care if someone racks up 40 shorts on this list. We're hardly competing anyway.

I wasn't complaining ("You mean we have to list that, too?!" ), just asking for clarification. In fact, it seems like a lot for you to record, even if we do give you our films-remaining number each time.

EDIT: Come to think of it, my TSPDT number is listed under every post I make on here anyway!

I'm pretty sure most people will stick to films on the most recent update. If the total isn't exactly right, it's no big deal. I can always check the icm profile. Not many people will notice the OP anyway.

I will still record how many everyone has seen. This is just a bit extra.

Wishful thinking, 346 on TSPDT, In the Mood for Love for example made in 2000 is at No 59 Mulholland Drive 2001 no 69, Tree of Life already at No 355, this is some competition from some films from the 2000s and later.
