This was a tough one to rank, the top three were all very close for me with no clear winner. It took me a while to decide but here are my votes:

1. Käpy selän alla
2. Arrebato
3. Mang jing
4. Hei yan quan

Thanks to all managers for picking some fascinating films!

Blind Shaft was the most disappointing sequel I've seen in awhile. They didn't even use the Isaac Hayes music!!

Ranked.
1. Hei yan quan
2. Käpy selän alla
3. Arrebato
4. Mang jing

China and Spain advance.

I didn't count nimimerkillinen's vote because I believe he posted 15 minutes after the deadline.

LOL, learning from joachimt, I see.

Glad my vote wouldn't have made a difference, I fell asleep last night trying to watch the films (nothing on the films, just been really busy the last few weeks).

I'm sure Joachimt will be back to right this injustice, and the last two will be tied.

As a matter of fact, they won't be tied because Käpy selän alla leads 22-21 head-to-head. So basically, had nimimerkillinen posted his rankings 15 minutes earlier, his film would be 3rd and not 4th.

It isn't mean, it's just that rules are same for everyone. Why did you wait the last minute?

At least KSA's no. of checks raised by 25% all because of the cup. As I told you.

I wasn't here at the deadline. Was working 14 hours straight. I'm not going to try to find out if nimimerkillinen was on time or not, since it doesn't influence the #1 and #2 I'll count it anyway. It only matters for #3 and #4 stats and personally I don't care for that.

Image Mang jing: 2 (86-43)
Image Arrebato: 2.233 (76-53)
Image Käpy selän alla: 2.884 (48-81)
Image Hei yan quan: 2.884 (48-81)

Image Käpy selän alla - Image Hei yan quan: 22 - 21

China and Spain advance to round 2. Congratulations to hurluberlu (again!) and beavis. Thanks to nimimerkillinen and Fergenaprido for their job as well and thanks to the 43 people who voted this round.

I suddenly get the idea of making a prediction of what WC films will be present in the upcoming 500<400 listing (of course only for films not being on the list currently).

And if I remember correctly, these are the films entering the 500<400 listing after the World Cup.

Season 1
Romania- Reconstituirea (1968)*
England- A Cottage on Dartmoor (1929)*
Poland- Na wylot (1973)
Hungary- Daliás idök (1983);Így jöttem (1965)
Georgia- Iko shashvi mgalobeli (1970)
China- Bei kao bei, lian dui lian (1994)
Japan- Shura (1971);Yume no ginga (1997)
Turkey- Tabutta Rövasata (1996)
Tunisia- Samt el qusur (1994)
Canada- La bête lumineuse (1982)
Brazil- Assalto ao Trem Pagador (1962);Noite Vazia (1964)

Season 2
USA- Little Fugitive (1953)
England- Tiger Bay (1959); Obsession (1949)
Spain- Los santos inocentes (1984); El cochecito (1960)
Portugal- Mudar de Vida (1966)*
Russia- Sudba cheloveka (1959)
Croatia- H-8... (1958)
Greece- Mikres Afrodites (1963)
Poland- Petla (1958)
Denmark- R (2010)
India- Court (2014)
Syria- Al-makhdu'un (1972)*
South Korea- Sonagi (1979)
Taiwan- Duo sang (1994)
Iran- Yek Etefagh sadeh (1974)
Venezuela- Araya (1959)
Colombia- La vendedora de rosas (1998)
Morocco- Pegase (2010)
Australia- Proof (1991)

*Films entering the listing two years after their appearance in the Film World Cup.

My predictions for Season 3.
Croatia- Ne okreci se sine (1956)
Burkina Faso- Buud Yam (1997)
China- Mang jing (2003)
And thanks to this season we'are gonna have a new #1 and #2. Mind that this is not a prediction but a prophecy.
New #1 and #2 in the 500<400 listShow
2. Hababam Sinifi (1975)
1. Splash Splash Love (2015)

I'd be very surprised if Croatia isn't on the list next year. Burkina Faso will in all likelihood be on it. China, I'm not too sure about. It did beat Spain though, which is already comfortably on the list.
