There were 38 voters and 86 different films voted for in this poll. The table below shows all films that received at least 21 points.
Films that received 1st-place votes
(ranked in order of number of first-place votes received, then by total points received)

1 - Conductor 1492 (Frank Griffin, Charles Hines) – 3eyes (1 ballot, 7 points)
Every voter had a first-place vote this time, although I should note that prodigalgodson inquired about having a tie vote for first place between Die Nibelungen: Siegfried and Die Nibelungen: Kriemhilds Rache. If that had been allowed (my spreadsheet doesn’t accommodate that), Siegfried would have lost half a point, Kriemhilds Rache would have gained half a point, and none of the rankings would have changed.

And the awards go to …
None of the awards I normally cover in this section had been established yet. The most significant film award of this era may have been the Photoplay Award, which gave its top honor for the year to The Dramatic Life of Abraham Lincoln (directed by Phil Rosen); only incomplete prints of that film survive, and it received no votes here.
Shorts
The following films under 45 minutes long made the main list:
14. Entr’acte
18. Ballet mécanique
19. Symphonie diagonale
34. Opus III
Your mileage may vary
The following titles are well-known by current standards for 1924 films (over 200 votes) and reasonably well-liked (average rating of 7.0 or higher) by IMDb users, but they didn't make a big impression here:
The Epic of Everest (over 600 votes, 1 ballot, 14 points)
Captain January (over 200 votes, no ballots)
The next poll will be for 1941, followed by 1992 and 1931.
