Some inredbe picks coming up here, and I'm especially surprised the incredible The Garden That Tilts is stuck at 23 checks after the wonderful rediscovery of Guy Gilles here, which also shot it into 27th place on DtC! (Which requires 8 ratings, though of course it is not just our forum that votes there).Of course, Earth Light was the major push, which now has 73 checks, shooting up from obscurity. The Garden That Tilts is arguable his "biggest" as it stars Delphine Seyrig, and even has Jeanne Moreau. It is an utterly delicious and brilliant film everyone should see ASAP.

I watched this after submitting my ballot and forgot to update - would have made my top 10.
The only 'problem' with this list is that it's really skewed in favour of people (even more than other ballots) who listed more movies.
I'm not here to start the discussion again but we can only hope that people don't put movies in their list they only rated to be average.
Wow! Nice to see 3 of my 40 submissions finally have their dance cards punched, all surprisingly cracking the top 60, one from each of the countries I have lived in since 2010, and another from the mid 70’s, right around the time I first started to dive into non-English language cinema.

Nah, I deliberately left out personal 8s and 8.5s that I like a lot (oftentimes films that I see ended up making the list - titles such as 'Thunderstorm', 'Deadfall', and quite a few others).
My list was mostly just my 9.5s and my 10s, rounded out with personal 9s that others had selected and I was only too happy to include and endorse.
I was much more particular in making this list than I have been in the past. I probably should have ranked it though!
