These are our 100 favorite tv series, because next to movies many of us also like to watch series.

Mini-series were ineligible for this poll. A mini-series was defined as being 16 episodes or less, not multiple seasons, and not planned to be longer but canceled, and is intended as a single unified work and not episodic.

Please feel free to discuss the list and the series, that you're happy or unhappy about, whether you submitted a list or not, but please try to be courteous when doing so. When quoting a post with images it's best if you remove the image unless it's directly relevant to what you're posting.

Contrary to other polls the person(s) mentioned aren't the director(s) but the creator(s) of the series.

A disclaimer about the episode count stated; The amount of episodes of some series differ in sources, mostly because of differences in the method double episodes are counted. Since iCM gets its data from IMDb I mostly used the IMDb data. In some cases IMDb also already counted future seasons and episodes, in those I followed wikipedia. So only the amount of episodes actually aired when this poll was done are counted. There were also some other cases I used wiki instead of IMDb.

So far after the first 20....

7 shows I've never heard of
6 shows I've seen some episodes from, but didn't vote for - I actually didn't even think about including stuff like Colbert or The Daily Show, might've included them if I had. Of the other four Family Guy is the only one I've seen at all recently or seen a lot of episodes from and I don't like it enough to include.

The other 6 mostly look like things that could be interesting but that I know I'll never watch. Westworld is really the outlier, something I want to see if I ever decide to make time for it.

Very heavily 21st-century-oriented so I don't expect my numbers to improve dramatically.
