Feels beaucoup weird when Kevin Spacey pops up in Baby Driver. A lot of fun other than that distraction.

i’ve seen a good number of what are all fairly good movies, but V tumane (in the Fog) is the first off my top 100 (top 25, actually). It’s an outstanding war drama that reveals more and more of the personal story as the film progresses.
Vastly under seen and underrated in my book, but kudos to those few who have discovered it

Wow, another very good one from my top 25 in Die andere Heimat, no doubt also under seen and in need of greater discovery.

Have heard the OJ documentary is excellent, but I haven't been able to track it down yet. So far, out of 15 seen, the only one I would rate below a 7 is Nocturnal Animals, though I still found it worthwhile.

Here come two more very interesting films (from my top 30) that deserve more attention. As with the first two, 10 or fewer voters have given props to either Post Tenebras Lux or P'tit Quinquin, which I have dubbed "David Lynch meets Inspector Clouseau in rural Normandy."

Mediocre TV series (sporting a fair few factual errors) about Russia where the only Russian you hear is on the radio? No thank you.

Edit: My original feedback: "Decent but long-winding and overly grave rendition of the Chernobyl disaster. It's incomprehensible they didn't go for Russian actors, but I guess that's still too big a hurdle for most people. The first episode is by far the best, from there on out it starts to drag and the last two episodes are little more than ordinary filler. Way overhyped."

Not at all, this is actually a "prequel". The first series happens in 1919, this series covers the period from 1842 to 1848... The recurring "character" here is the village itself.
