I get "access denied". Can you set it to public?
Done. Sorry about that.

Here's my list, fully ranked. I may move things around a bit before the deadline but this is pretty close:

I'm not satisfied with the amount of English-language films on my list (~70 out of 100). I'll try to watch more before the deadline, but I'm not really in a mood to watch a bunch of films unless it's on a streaming site I have a subscription to (U.S. Amazon Prime/Netflix/Criterion Channel).

I'm a bit confused about the first rule, is this one allowed?

I would think not. Multi-season TV series. You could include the film-recaps I guess.

Not allowed indeed. 2 seasons, 52 episodes. That's certainly not a mini-series.

What if I only include season 1 of gits?
How about a tv-series has only 12 eps?

I guess it's best to check IMDb, if it's listed as a TV series then "probably not, unless you have some really sound arguments". 12/13-eppers seem to fall into the regular TV-series category, especially if it's 20-30 minute eps.

In the spirit of the list though, I don't see why people would try to sneak/push in TV series. It's not as if there's a lack of amazing animated feature films.

I think some tv-series are as good as animated feature movies, and they shouldn't be underrated just because they are tv-series.
Maybe they are not allowed to be in this list, but it doesn't mean they are not good.

I find anime to be one of the few areas that actually produces watchable TV series, so I'm not disagreeing with you there.
But a TV series just aren't the same as film and since the site is called ICMovies and there are still plenty of animated movies that lack exposure (based on my overall feeling of the submitted lists so far), I'd be a shame to waste those spaces on TV series.

I'm not going to exclude anything, because I'm absolutely not an expert here, as you all know.
Could you at least exclude marionette films like Strings and Team America: World Police. These films feature no animation.

Huh. Well, maybe he could change his mind or is what he wrote written in stone? If he doesn't, I could vote for Dog Day Afternoon and The Turin Horse (if nothing is excluded).

If I'm going to exclude things, I have to go through the list one by one and investigate every title that has been voted for (or at least in the final results). There are lots of movies I know nothing about, so that would be a lot of work for me. I'm not going to do that. I trust the voters to be sincere and vote for what belongs in this list.

If there are doubts, just post about it here, as you just did. Movies with puppets on strings without the use of stop-motion, don't seem like animated movies to me indeed. By posting about it, you hopefully get people to think about there votes and make them check which boundary cases they might need to exclude.

The full results will certainly have movies on it that don't belong, but the top 250 won't (very probably).
