There are six shots in that clips. Are these six different titles on IMDb/iCM? I'd like to figure out which shot is which title. If nobody knows, I'll dive into that tomorrow evening.

The three I posted all have catalog screen shots that match up with that video clip. I also noticed that the same user checked this: https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/l.l ... on+moscou/ so it might also be in that video but I haven't looked into a catalog screen shot for that one.

This is in the clip:
1. https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/com ... in+moscou/
2. https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/lim ... se+moscou/
3. https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/cou ... ier+rouge/
4. https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/l.l ... on+moscou/
5.
6. https://www.icheckmovies.com/movies/dep ... siatiques/

All can be confirmed with catalogue-schreenshots.

I'm not sure #5 is a different title or that it's part of #4. It's clearly the same event. There's a cut between two shots and the angle changes. Maybe it just belongs together.

Constitution and Censorship (1953) should be added to this list. It is 28 minutes.

I'm up to 271. About to watch the Pan shorts. It would be good if you could see the top users for personal lists. I noticed a certain user has only 4 left unchecked on the list...

http://www.icheckmovies.com/lists/all+s ... ts/mjf314/
I've seen 645 titles so far. I created a word file, sort em by year, has the links to every title in the list, and delete titles from the doc as I've seen em... been going through some Buster Keaton lately.

Oh, damn. I remember I was looking for it together with another bunch of shorts from the 21st Century List and I watched&checked Lohdutusseremonia, that I know. Not sure which film I'm confusing it with then.

List has been updated again.

The individual parts of Dog Star Man and Histoires du Cinema have been removed. The new official shorts on the Criterion list have been added.

Maybe it got confused one day with Barbe-bleue from 1901 and got removed as being a dupe. I'll put it in my spreadsheet and it will be added next time.

Stan Brakhage - most-disliked director whose work people keep watching just 4 the checks? I think probably so.

Nah, most disliked is Godard. Remember, the worst film noir is better than the best Godard.

although ... I've seen some pretty rank stuff on the More Noirs list as of late and I'd easily take best Godard (early 60s) any day.

And if New York wasn't such a schlep, I'd give Brakhage on the Big Screen a chance - I do feel that a lot of his stuff suffers from the small screen and things like crappy uToob rips. But I'd be unlikely to want to spend more than two hours on such a fancy (unless there were plenty of new checks in the offing :P ).

I guess I'm easy - I don't dislike any of the Godard (about 30 films) or Brakhage (a dozen) that I've seen, and precious little film noir. Call me a easily pleased? Never used to think I was in the pre-internet days... :(

Anyway I've seen a few Brakhage on the big screen, if Facets in Chicago counts as a "big screen" - Window Water Baby Moving and The Act of Seeing With One's Own Eyes are certainly memorable when seen on film with an audience. But in those days (the 90s) I'd sit through almost anything, including Michael Snow's La région centrale which as I recall started out with a couple of dozen audience members and ended with me and two of my friends, and only one of us (not me) really felt like the 3 hours had been completely worth it. Now, not sure how likely I would be to pay for a whole program of Brakhage, but I don't have the option so I dunno.

Well it's not so much a big screen as it is a white wall in a small screening room, with the projectors whirring right behind you. I'm suffering through 3 hours for at least 8 checks - maybe more if they don't waste time changing reels and if they've already pulled the films out of the vault.
