Not really. I mean, watching just those 100 wouldn't be enough on its own to get a Bronze.

After more than 2.5 years on iCM, I have finally caught up with enough mainstream claptrap to have achieved 50% on the All-Time WW Box Office List...

...or at least until another blockbuster makes $200,000,000. :whistling:

Now you just have to keep up with all the movies that keep getting added to it every year.

<_<
Just regained my Bronze on the list thanks to It Chapter Two (as well as Knives Out and Ford v Ferrari making the grade). It was a little devastating when I lost the Bronze a couple of weeks ago with that new update that included all those new Chinese films that I'll never see. :ermm:

I'm still 44 films away from an All-Time WW Box Office Bronze. I may be lacking the requisite masochism.

Silver on Academy Award Best Picture nominees. B)

This was something that I already had good progress on before joining iCM. I had seen most of the nominees from the 1950s to 1990s, but it had been the catch-up game for me with 21st century nominees since registering on iCM - and Gerwig's Little Women finally got me the award.

Lost my bronze on All Time Worldwide Box Office - for the second time too.

Looks like one of those awards that I was never meant to have. My ranking on the list jumped from #6816 to #5268 with the update to 1000 though. :turned:

I'm going to lose my silver All Time Box Office once the message gets sent, I think for the second time as well. I'd just regained it again last November 30th, so the glory was short-lived.

Managed to keep my Worldwide Box Office bronze by 9 checks. This means that that award is my longest unchanged award, having first acquired it on June 22, 2012, and with the new update it makes it even less likely that I'll get a silver in the next ten years; I should manage to keep my bronze, though. The only other two that I have unchanged since before I joined the forum are Most checked silver (August 10, 2012 - currently 7 away from gold) and 100 Animated bronze (January 3, 2013 - currently 10 away from silver). Everything else I've gained or upgraded since joining the forum.

We have exactly the same rank (down to 5270 now) and I also lost my bronze there. But only 9 away, I would not be surprised to regain it without necessarily trying - there certainly are a few films that I have wanted to see on it, though not many are priorities. And of course there are always the new films that will bump old ones off the list and I see plenty of new mainstream films.

Amazing how we were saying this less than six weeks ago as we now enter a period in which the two lists will probably remain stagnant. :ermm:

Award #105:

I still remember when I was over 40 checks away from a Bronze on the list. Doubted that I would make it since Action is far from my favourite genre (unless it's kung fu) but there were a lot of eligible crime films this month.
