first. close your browser and wait a bit 10-30 seconds, depends on how fast your computer is - you want to give it time to really shutdown. I sometimes use ctrl+shift+esc to monitor for my browser to shut down. Then try reopening your browser to see if that fixes the problem. You can get to other websites (here for example) and others (me) are able to use iCM so that suggests a local (to you) problem.

Do you know how to clear cache and cookies for just iCM?

did you reboot the machine, after clearing iCM cookies and cache?

what browser are you using? what browsers are installed on the machine? also, I saw some similar posts in other threads but I can't remember if you said you could or couldn't connect to iCM from your phone - is your phone using wifi or your data plan?

and you're interacting here using the computer (not the phone) right?

I haven't been on a Mac for a decade, so I'm less able to suggest what to do. I think we have a couple other Mac users on here - maybe they will jump in?

I'm on a Mac. ICM appears to be working normally for me right now, but I was out all day so don't know if it was down earlier. I use Chrome and Firefox, primarily.

Do you know if there was a recent OS X update? I know my Chrome browsers updated over the weekend. Probably Firefox as well though I rarely use it any longer.

You could try the following actions (on this page) - easiest in Chrome I guess.

1/ Right-click and pick "inspect"
2/ A panel should pop open. Select the "network" tab.
3/ Reload the page (hard refresh is best)
4/ The panel should now list all the resources the page needs. The signature images should be among them, the status code next to them should tell you what the problem is (200 means everything is fine)

This won't fix anything, but at least it'll tell you why your computer thinks it can't access icheckmovies.com

Maybe this could help? Since you're having a problem in both Safari and Chrome, it sounds like a DNS issue on OS level.

Ugh. :facepalm: I flushed the DNS cache, it told me it flushed, and I still can't load ICM. It just despises my network all of a sudden.

We really should put together a worksheet for troubleshooting these kind of issues - but then, that's not necessarily an easy task and there are so many permeations, so ... word to the wise, if you're having issues with iCM, ICM Forum, (or whatever) post about it, share the steps you've tried, and then be patient. I know being patient is the hardest part for me when I'm frustrated by the computer not working, but it's clear help will be on the way, from a different time zone, and the person who'll know what to do might be away from their computer.
