Beregis Avtomobilya (1966)
In 1966, Andrei Tarkovsky's Andrei Rublev, one of the absolute greatest films of all times, was released. The universe decided that Russia needed to produce a piece of crap with no redeeming values to balance things out, "Watch out for the automobile" is that very film.
More for the reaction it caused than anything else.

Oh god just realized that most inside jokes here came from Eskiya comments.
My father didn’t have the skill of a professional cameraman. The result? Avant-garde cinema.

'Why is "porn" censored but "fuck" isn't?'

We also get a brief history of Turkish cinema.

It's amazing how much humor a bad movie can produce involuntarily. Take Gummo for instance...

We just need someone to say Lars Von Troll and it will be full-house in iCM forum bingo.

Mihai Viteazul (1971):
Michael the alone.
Very long, very expensive movie. Lots of war and betrayel. Very bad acting. Still you have to watch it.
If only saydin7 aka dickwinters and Boulderman would join the forum.

I didn't know about him till recently either. Kasparius said that I should feel ashamed that I share an opinion with him (my typewriter comment) and after going through his favorites I did feel ashamed. I think he started that fox hunting inside joke too.

Boulderman is the infamous iCM commenter who inadvertently started the running gags of "I would like to buy this film, not..." and "Despite the fact that my grandmother went fox-hunting with..." and also director and starred in the short film that Kaspar linked to above.

The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947):
Without giving away spoilers, at somthing point in the film, without saying when:

I'm a 29 male tears were coming down my face, my lip was quivering and thought I was about to lose it, my girlfriend comforted me well!

It may be old but it is great, to contact someone she rights a letter....texting/SMS with a phone wouldn't have the same impact.

I thought mighty and George Bailey were responsible for those.

And I see that even mighty was close to tears during The Ghost and Mrs. Muir!

They posted all of those comments based on the original comments from Boulderman.
