We should contact Boulderman and ask him if he'd like us to produce his next short.

Out of curiosity, what makes your short film eligible for IMDb? I don't really understand the rules for eligibility or how to check them. Just to know for any future endeavors :whistling:

I've already added the credits, so the blank page for your name just might be them processing it. Harmony and most of the other people are on IMDB (except for all my first-time producers). Anyway, I am not changing Adam's name to Demon and sorry for any inconvenience, but the credits will be listed alphabetically (for producers). And there is someone else who contributed in that range, so they are an associate producer too. <_< :shifty:

Before, I submitted my first short through Withoutabox. Some films can be added (I guess if people with credits are already on IMDB? I don't really know.). But anyway, it seems like it was able to be added this time.

And if you guys want to produce my films in the future.... :whistling:

Alphabetically by last name I hope :shifty:

Another person :(

The film page worked a day after it turned up in search, so hopefully our pages will turn up tomorrow! I was tempted to rate your film a 10, but I don't want to be a mafia, so I will wait to watch it first :P

I don't mind mafia votes of "10" but if you want to watch it first, I understand (plus it's not out yet!).

Oh, didn't mean to scare you. You will still be first alphabetically. I added the credits for the other people who contributed "Special thanks" if it's $25+ and "additional thanks" if it's $1+. Some people I didn't add, because there was confusion if they were already on IMDB. If that is the case, I sent an email.

I just noticed that something went wrong and that I couldn't give you the 20$ I wanted. I'm really sorry about that, hope it's not a problem to you.

That is ok! I am not sure what happened either, but I know Amazon was a pain for at least one of my friends who tried to contribute. No worries. :)

You're showing up now. All you have to do is add biographical information. Since it's a "documentary", Harmony is up with her character name (Lillian Gish), but under the "self" section. And then the film isn't listed on the other two actors' pages, mainly because they didn't have actor credits before? I think the page will look nicer in the next couple days. I made additional edits, so other people should see themselves soon as well.

Yeah, I submitted an update for my birth info :P I'M SO EXCITED.

Sorry, don't mean to take away from your film, but this has been like an ultimate dream I thought I would never accomplish and so I am just a little excited right now :D

Still, looking forward to seeing the finished product and hope it all goes well!

Kid, you're too young. You'll be Jizzer #3 in this one, alright? Maybe if you can get an apprenticeship or something we could bump you up to #2 for the next one but right now? No way, you're still Jizzer #3.

Just got an assistant editor. This thing is going to get done!!

Once I get the timings, I can send it off to the composer.

I am 102 pages into my thesis and expect to be done with everything by Wednesday, August 28th!! :)

So...I have to turn in the project tomorrow (or by Thursday morning) and I realized I didn't have any picture or footage of two of the three African American women working in the twenties. However, I sent a last-minute ad and four actresses responded to the role. Let's see if we can pull this off. Fingers crossed!!!!!

[I also don't have a picture of Alicia Armstrong de Vicuña or E. Magnus Ingleton, but I'm not expecting to find pictures of them or Julia Crawford Ivers (it's established there is no picture of her).]

Um, yeah, so a rough cut will be done soon and the composer is on board and the music should be ready as well. It'll probably take another 2-4 weeks to add in the footage of Lillian Gish. But if a miracle happens, I'll be able to add in Mabel Normand's 30 second segment by the deadline.

Yay! (I'm assuming this is good news? :P ). I STILL haven't gotten to reading all of the thesis yet, I've read a bit but I've had some stuff come up lately and haven't had time for the rest :( I feel like such a bad associate producer.

Lauren, please don't feel bad. I don't think anyone else read it either. :P

This IS good news. I have the documentary, but due to editing problems I haven't added the Lillian Gish and Mabel Normand segments yet. The Mabel Normand segment is almost done and is 30 seconds long. However, it still needs work. The Lillian Gish segment is going to be a nightmare since I'm not an editor by trade. I plan to spend a month figuring it out and trying to finish it so I can send it out to all the supporters.
