I was struggling to get to sleep just now, when my boyfriend (who was asleep) suddenly half sits up making these loud choking kinda noises. My first thought was that he was turning into a zombie until I realised that was dumb and I quickly woke him up. Asked him if he was ok, he didn’t even remember what happened and fell back asleep immediately. My heart is still pounding, jesus that was terrifying.

That sounds like Sleep Apnea might be a possibility. Does he snore as well? Or is super tired during the day (cause you aren't actually fully sleeping)? Several people on my partner's side have it, hence I'm a bit too familiar with it.

Holy cow, untreated sleep apnea killed one of my best friends last year. It can raise risk for cardiac events (heart attack) in some people and this is what happened to my friend.
Query your BF, Mighty. Maybe he can see a sleep specialist for it just in case...

A few days after my partner made that spell jar I got a job posting for a cool store. Did some sex magic later on and the day after they responded to me asking about my knowledge of the topics they are selling. Will do my first spell which is a job one either tomorrow or Saturday. If I get the job then I will 100% become a believer.

Minion & Peep; he’s not much of a snorer no, he’s usually pretty silent when he sleeps but occasionally lightly snores. He’s tired a lot but I assumed it’s from working long hours (10 hour days, no days off for about a month). He probably won’t listen to me to see anyone about it, but I’ll mention it to him. It was really scary, I couldn’t get to sleep for another hour in case it happened again.

Now I'm worried that people are reading my name thinking I'm a fan of that filth.

I wrote my thesis on banned horror films in Germany; but I maintain that there's nothing more fucked-up than Minions.

I don’t see my dad that often but I’m getting real sick of it. I get yelled at for nothing every time. Went to my grandparents (along with dad and brother) for Fathers Day today. I made them some low carb brownies since they’re doing keto and thought it would be nice. Had also hoped it might put him in a good mood.

They liked them, but within 30 minutes of him getting there he yells at me for not having used the new oven. When I moved in there the oven was broken and they had a little bench top oven which I’ve gotten used to, and also don’t have any big trays for the regular oven. I explained this and he’s grumpy for getting it fixed - he had to so he can sell this place anyway :/ then he yells at me for not having bought a tray for it. He makes a joke I’ve only turned it on once and I said well yeah because you asked me to check it and then he screams at me because MOST PEOPLE WOULD USE IT EVERY DAY TO COOK. Well I do use the other fecking one. Jesus Christ. Every time, why am I getting yelled at for not using the big fecking oven why does that even matter? Why is that something to get angry over?? He also yelled at me for because My brother said if someone tried to hurt his pets he would get homicidal and I agreed and he went off at me for being too weak with my RSI and for not having a proper plan in place to attack someone. I’m pissed and full of anxiety now.

Do you know of any good resources where I can learn Swedish?

So far, I've found:
1. Rosetta Stone, but the opinions on how good it is vary quite a lot
2. https://learningswedish.se , if you know anything about the PLUS courses that would be great

There's also limited access to private tutors in Bucharest and there's no way to know if the ones you find are any good. :(

Duolingo has Swedish - good to supplement learning but wouldn’t rely only on that to learn the language...

Drops is a nice app, but just like Duolingo it's nothing more than a supplement. More on learning languages can be found here.

Had been taking it easy with my course because I thought I had a bit of time; technically it goes until the end of the year (or like, mid November), but because I'm supposed to be doing stage 1 in term 3, and stage 2 in term 4, I thought I had until early October. Turns out instead, everything has to be in by the 27th September. I am also not sure if I may have to do resubs coz I'm not super confident I understand some of the calculations (the material they've given us explains nothing and I've basically had to teach myself by working backwards), so to make sure I have enough time for resubs, I have to get everything in before the 20th. Then I got an email today saying all work for one unit was due on the 10th September and I was like whaaa; it's actually for Term 2/3 students, not 3/4 (which I am) but damn did I get a scare. I hadn't even started that one. I decided to try and get it all done by the end of the weekend anyway just in case. I did half the unit today and my god is my right index finger sore from writing with a pen. Haven't done so much writing since highschool and my hands don't know how to do it anymore. Fecking general journals and trial balances, man.

You are aware that with accounting, and even bookkeeping, you need amazing communication skills. Like, better than retail good. Also if you do taxes you gotta get used to clients yelling at you if they owe money to the government. I wasn't able to handle both.

I've been a supervisor at my job for about 4 years now so I'm pretty used to dealing with clients and stuff, but I mean every job needs good communication skills and I can't be a slug in my room forever sooo... gotta suck it up and if I can't handle it, well guess I'll see what happens then lol

I was a supervisor dealing with drunk students, but I dunno. There's something about a lot of business owners that's a lot more stressful. Plus you gotta give the implication that they're an idiot sometimes for forgetting obvious things.

I deal with store managers; it's generally pretty chill tbh, and a lot of them aren't too fussed, but yea I can imagine that being a much more stressful environment. I had a fairly easy job a few weeks ago until we were finalising and there was some recent bug in the system where importing stocktake results sometimes wiped out her stock on hand and I had to spend an extra hour going back and forth with her and my boss to explain it would be fixed before trade the next day and calm her down. But stuff like that doesn't happen very often and is about as stressful as it gets.

Got my CBD oil prescription. Turns out I was only taking half of the starting dose. Unfortunately it's not covered by disability so it's going to be around $60-70 a month.

Attempted suicide again. Not gonna go to the hospital this time as all I'll get is a shot of ativan.

This got me thinking if I should make a video about my mental health on my gaming channel. It could at least be partially inspiring.

1) Unofficial weather change (it's cold now) and I always feel like shit during then. It's actually one of the big bipolar triggers.
2) The job interview went well and I thanked them the next day for the interview, but no response.
3) My partner came over today and it was just so fucking boring for me. Maybe because of the bipolar low.

I did it within 20 minutes of thinking about it.

It can't be the CBD because I've been taking it for about 2-3 months now, and it actually made me feel more alive, motivated, and energetic. My prescription didn't come yet for the new dosage as I gotta order it online.

Does anyone try a sun lamp in the winter ? Not as good as moving to a warm country though I guess. I don’t need that, just play Hawaiian music , close my eyes and imagine I am there. Imagination can do wonders and give yourself a break.

 Scary that it can be so fast. Hope you're feeling better. I misread your other post about the medication and thought it meant you had just received it, rather than just gotten it prescribed. Hopefully when you get it that'll help.

Well they just imported Dryinus browni to hopefully kill off Lycorma delicatula. I'm pulling for that particular wasp.
