Have you reported it to zetaboards? It seems to only happen to people who upload their avatar (as opposed to linking from off site).

Didn't even notice it happened with lots of users. The only thing I noticed was that I finally didn't see that ugly face of monty anymore after all those years.

yeah, I know this has happened to me at least once before - okay, I've reuploaded. Gosh, I'm so glad I saved that graphic! It would have taken me hours to repaint it.

And while I'm at it, I've updated my signature as well.

PdA, can you remove that comic from your signature? I find it very distracting. <_<
The first five times I saw it, I was thinking: "Are you posting that thing again? I don't even see how this is related to this topic!"

I could change it, I guess, I mean if enough people find it bothersome... but I'm not the only user with a moving avatar - Anarchy's keeps flipping between movie posters, Arthur used to have a dancing loop and I've seen some other moving ones (Jay Mars?). It's a consideration though. Changing my avatar, that is. I adopted it at first to celebrate the Canadian Challenge, but then it also coincided well with the Horror Challenge and so forth. Trouble is, brokenface already has the best Videodrome avatar and I don't know off-hand what other film best embodies me and my taste in film...

So, does anyone find my avatar irritating? I've tweaked it to be 16.67% animated, can't remember what it was before, probably higher. But I keep all avatars disabled, so I can't tell if that's too often or not.
