I agree. It's their best song.

I feel like bladee's style works well in his album Eversince. It's about depression, but more accurate as he's just at the point of apathy more than anything. The broken autotune can be seen as him trying to put a mask on to hide that depression, but it keeps slipping away. Unfortunately he just does bad hyperpop now.

Damn I totally sound like a pretentious hipster now lol

It's hardly my thing, but I don't see what's supposed to be so terribly bad about this music. At least not in the day and age of the internet and literally everyone having a go at building up a career in music. If you want bad rap/pop, try this (best quote from the comments: not even the beat can keep a beat):

YESSS R.A.E.D.

I have yet to see his film.

I legit think he has schizophrenia because the way his lyrics go and off sync they are sounds as disorganized as my thoughts.

He gave a demo and a "video" to a record label owner, and he put a restraining order on him. He also held a Casino hostage with a bomb thread, and asked for them to listen to his rap and to have a cup of hot chocolate.

I've read that when he's at a gym he just walks up to random people and starts rapping.

Such a fascinating figure.

That makes sense. It's mainly the vocals that are a problem for me, though I don't care for the production altogether. Lil Peep is in this genre too (or was, RIP) and I'm actually a big fan of him. I've listened to Call Me When You're Sober, Vol. 1 probably dozens of times, especially since it's so short.

The only logical explanation of this is that they tried to make a video so infamous that they would get views... And we'll it worked on me lol

There's a meme I've seen and can't find, and I went looking for a good photo to use to reproduce it but couldn't find one.
