Yes - "Shoulder" as a verb, "arms" as the object, with the 'you' understood as the subject.

Too lazy to check if these have been submitted before, but just some of my recent watches:

Cuban Volunteers Marching for Rations (a lot of early shorts have titles with complete sentences)

That was about everything from what I watched this year so far.
