My pleasure!

I saw this one in the Pacific Film Archive theater, a pretty worn BFI print with somewhat inadequate subtitles, but it was still an impressive film to me. Knowing that the Marcos regime was after the filmmaker because of his work didn't hurt. Fortunately his films have become more available recently, but many of them suffer from the Philippine climate and insufficient interest.

Final entry and final score for me is 27, one shy of the (gold) goal, but I'll get to it very soon (I have a stack of DVD's coming from the library). I've enjoyed it a lot, though as the month wore on, I started getting an itch for all the other movies that are out there, the Conquer the World movies in particular, so I'm looking forward to 'straying' from the list from now on.

42. Masque of the Red Death (1962) - Snuck one in after the kid went to sleep last night, squeaking into the gold award. I kept thinking of Bill Heder any time Vincent Price spoke since his impression was my first exposure. Film was quite enjoyable though, especially the flaming gorilla.

Maybe you just need to figure out what to do next? Maybe you need to make it into an occasion?

I'll revive this thread now by starting my own countdown for platinum: my 200 last unseen films in the 1001 MYMSBYD book. I am starting this while still finishing my TSPDT project, because of the nice even number.
