Oh, this one, haha. I watched it a few days ago, because I already had it in my to-watch-folder. Really enjoyed the spooky atmosphere. 8/10

Not my favorite Maurice Tourneur film, but it's still good. 7/10

I thought it was a decent monkey's paw story, if a bit simplistic. The direction and cinematography were excellent, which is what raises it a step or two above a typical B-flick in my opinion.

Highly enjoyable. Some very stylish editing and production design help to raise the quality of a fairly hokey gothic campfire story.
