They could be evacuating or it can place generations after the first ones evacuating

It can be on earth too and not biblical related but for Noah´s Ark
Version of
Noah's Ark [1928]
Father Noah's Ark [1933]
Noah's Ark [1959]
Noah's Ark AKA Greatest Adventures of The Bible: Noah's Ark [1986]
Noah's Ark [1999]
Noah [2004]

I certainly do not recommend Evan Almighty.

The last movie I suppose it's the Aronofsky one, it's from 2014, not 2004.

Take Shelter (2011) is a great movie and somewhat a modern take on that story. Michael Shannon plays a man plagued by visions of a future storm and builds a shelter for his family even though everyone in town believes the guy is crazy!

When Worlds Collide (1951) and more recently 2012 (2009) are the first ones that come to my mind. Same idea in both cases: people trying to leave the Earth before annihilation.

whom shall we find
Sufficient? who shall tempt with wand’ring feet
The dark unbottom’d infinite Abyss,
And through the palpable obscure find out
His uncouth way, or spread his aerie flight,
Upborn with indefatigable wings,
Over the vast abrupt, ere he arrive
The happy Ile?
