@themagician: Please don't use RFNAPLES' list. He rates his favorites 10/10 (which is 9.6% of his ratings), and for everything else he just copies the IMDb rating.

RFNAPLES_rating = floor(IMDb_rating + 1)

This is true for every film that he didn't rate 10/10 with one exception (I'm guessing that one film's IMDb rating changed and he hasn't updated his list yet).

I only rate movies that I own. My ratings are not identical to IMDb.

It's interesting to note that in the Top 50 list of this week, 2 movies are on no list at all, and have less than 400 checks.

I've decided to do this today I just watched Invisible Waves and it's pretty bad. Content is pointless and the acting is terrible, but has some nice cinematography. Reminded me of some film that I can't remember the name of, so that's not of any use I don't know why I mentioned it. It's slow paced, but is just a waste of time. Hated the tone, hated the atmosphere, hated the music, didn't care about what was happening. I just wanted it to end.

What I remember about Invisible Waves is its influences from The Shining. It was okay.

Anyway, I've been thinking about a single list that has features, shorts, documentaries, and maybe tv movies (there'd be only seven). And maybe I could auto-post the results of that e.g. next month. Thoughts?

Sorting that out is not so hard. Just some comparing formula in Excel. The hardest part is rating all those missing titles on IMDB.

Yeah, I was about to ask the same. How does one "migrate" an account anyway and why? Surely sebby didn't start rating all films from scratch? You can just change your username in the preferences.. indeed curious.
