This is almost Honderhond Number 1... Here what he says about it on his website review :

you won't find anything that comes close to what Umfeld has to offer, which makes it a great milestone project. There's simply nothing out there that matches the experience of submerging yourself in 56 minutes of moody, ambient glitches tailored to wildly morphing abstract visuals. For some people that will be a comforting thought, for me it's a big disappointment. I really hope this catches on, so we might see more and better. Until that time, this will remain one of my favorite films.

I was looking at the ICM list of all movies by number of checks and found that there are 10 films listed with -1 check -- that's negative one check. Presumably, if someone saw those films, that would take those films up to zero checks.

Obviously, this must be a bug in the software. Who should this problem be referred to?

Thanks, it's a known bug. Comes from people importing a movie, but than unchecking it.

A film with 4 votes out of 10 ICM checks altogether. And it's not even a weird short or TV Episode, but a full feature film. Wow!

But, the wonderfully surprising entry here is Yannick Bellon's 'Quelque part quelqu'un'. I wasn't at all sure it would have enough support. I love Claude Roy's words in praising the film:

"The film gasps like a runner, and the viewer is caught in its triple movement, that of the advance, that of the horizontal streets and squares, and suddenly, the fragility of some characters, their loneliness, their misfortune or their laughter, against a background of metropolis and the final constellation of the film, the immense galaxy of beings, tight and overflowing, the Niagara of life."

Torgo:

If you have any interest in post-french new wave arthouse cinema, you need to check out Bellon. She is an incredible director, and ludicrously underrated, with most of here films still left without releases or subtitles. Somewhere, Someone is a great place to start, though Nevermore, Forever is my personal favourite - and only has 2 checks ...

Hopefully, we can awaken some interest in Bellon hereand it can spread elsewhere. She seems ripe for rediscovery, though she sadly died 2 years ago.
