So for 69 ... you go for a blended Scotch? Talk about a missed opportunity
Actually the first few dozen pics that came up were mostly of This Guy, who I'd never heard of and who doesn't exactly seem like someone I want to give even the tiniest attention. And the sexual ones are mostly kind of boring (well, the ones that are appropriate) and I didn't feel like wasting much time at the moment. Plus alcohol-themed pics are my trademark.
You're right to not want to give That Guy any attention. He's a pretty disgusting individual and, while art is subjective, I consider his music to be among the worst I've ever heard.

And his tats easily join these ranks.
Plus he's a snitch, so he made a fool of himself for the whole world to see in multiple ways. Cool.
Still climbing - people on my rank boast their ...:
Not sure how I did that. I've only seen like 40 movies in 2020 and I doubt a lot of them were official. Did some users delete their account?
Anyways going to watch more films now.
Like 20 days later, 1000 spots higher!
#20925
TOP 20000 I'm coming!!
I have 673 checks now, i need 975 checks for top 10000 which is do-able, since I'm focusing on finishing my watchlist of 472 movies this year I suspect most of those are official except for some cult and Asian ones
And I did it.
#19868
Next mission: to break the top 10.000
At 692 official checks now, 942 total checks (although on MovieMeter i've seen 948 films, so something is out of sync).

I dropped down to #35 a few months and and just got back to #34 last week. Running in place has never felt so good!
One year later and you made it to the first page!
Tell, us flavo: How does it feel?
Exactly one month later and flavo is only 50 checks away from the Top 20! Imagine that!
Dang, I forget about this thread for a year and Torgo's digging up old posts. Actually I hadn't noticed I was on the first page until pretty recently. As crazy as it sounds, I'm not all that competitive actually. I just watch a shitload of movies

Hey ozy. Have you named yourself after the Breaking Bad episode? Because you registered just 2 weeks after its release.
Yes and no. I was a fan of Shelley's poem before Breaking Bad, but the trailer for the episode where Bryan Cranston recites the poem reignited my obsession with it.

Not ranking, but I saw someone else post this here (a few pages back) when they reached the milestone. Now I have joined the club too.
And this post was your 11,000th Congrats!

Posting a huge milestone in the wrong thread (thus butchering your milestone iCM forum post) is hardly something to be proud of. Just because someone else wipes their ass with the forum rules doesn't mean you have to. Shame on you and your family!

Give him a break. He has to live his whole life upside-down on the underside of the Earth. It's actually surprising that he can even write in English, given that he has to go right-to-left and down-to-up. So it's not surprising he's going to get mixed up on forum posts sometimes is it? And God help the left-handed down there!
Soulone the professional TV checker is a new #1 ICM title checker. (maybe I posted it some time ago as well)
but now I'm even under siege for #2.

For tv show tracking I found a phone app called TV Time that works a lot better for me than ICM. It has quite a lot of shows (I'm guessing their data feeds from IMDb as well), and they break everything down by seasons. You can also mark shows as watched by episode, by series, or by episode up to a certain point, so it was pretty painless to migrate over there.
Since I've started using that app I track any episodes I'm interested in there, and then check the entire series on ICM once I've seen the whole show from beginning to end.
I had my highest rank ever, for ONE DAY. But maybe the people I passed freaked out, because the two users beneath me suddenly added a pile of checks within a day. So I'll be losing TWO slots with the next update. Boooo.

But was it really After all, no matter which post you look at, the total posts listed under your username is the current total. So he might have actually made his 11,000th post in the right thread but that only got noticed - and commented on - here.

While I admit I didn't take into account any posts that may have been deleted, I do remember checking Sol's recent post history to ascertain if the milestone post really was number 11,000.
Anywho, I've been slowly climbing the ranks lately. When you're ranked as low as I am, even two or three official checks a week is enough to gain a couple of spots.

Been checking up on what my "nemesis" Soulone is checking and turns out it's a lot of xxx fodder! As my current avatar on ICM is in an-feminist colors and I even added a few lists, they must be planning to actually antagonize me.
