Yes that one doesn’t quite fit but it was the best I could do. The Bond films are really hard to do this for— too much alliteration, Golden Gun, Living Day Lights etc.
Yes - alliteration, multi-syllable words, and even initial vowels rule things out for me - I see you've managed with the latter.
And what you did with "A view to a kill" is great! As with Beijing rule, it took me a bit to figure out what movie it was but that's part of the fun.

I should try a more focused set - so far I just go thru lists and collect anything I can spoonerize, think about plots later.
