I've never heard this Wolves song (I don't really like Kanye), but that intro is really great. I find myself usually enjoying Kanye's beats a lot, but whenever his voice comes up, it immediately ruins the song. Luckily for me, there are instrumental edits.

I don't know who produces his songs, but if he's doing it himself, then he definitely has talent and isn't as silly as he appears.

Pretty much, yeah, I tend to have the same problem - enjoying the background instrumental beats, but whenever the voice arrives, getting unenthused - with a lot of rappers, especially those coming from the more soft, whiny, pop spectrum. Kanye West is still decent enough, at least what the popular landscape is concerned; he has made a bunch of iconic songs (All Of The Lights, Wolves, Stronger, Power, Niggas in Paris, ...) I don't mind coming up among other people's playlists or in the radio, at least compared to a lot of what else seems to be popular.
