Being a geography freak, I tried to find this location on Google Streetview. Could this be it (just southwest from Basly where the D83 and D141 meet)?

There aren't many unique features (if any at all) in the picture but judging from the distances to the nearby villages I guess that must be the place. It's interesting to see that it hasn't changed much in over 40 years. I even fancy the idea of some people inside the black car trying to emulate Moreau, Depardieu and Dewaere. I'm also a (modest) enthusiast of maps, if more people is interested in your spot finding idea maybe we could devise some sort of game.
